May 1st to August 31st - $875 US/Week ($125/night)
September 1st to September 30th - $693 US/Week ($99/night)
October 1st to November 30th - $875 US/Week ($125/night)
December 1st to April 30th - $1200 US/Week ($175/night)
Weeks of Christmas and New Years - $1700 US/Week ($245/night)

Monthly rates available on request.
50% deposit on reservation and 50% by check 30 days prior to arrival.
Maximum of 4 occupants with children 8 years and older.
